Haven spoken with many CPOs, Vendor Managers and IT Supplier Managers on the challenges of Vendor Management, Nick has adopted these learnings to drive a best practice strategic framework for Vendor Management to support the discipline.

Previously, Pierre led procurement research at The Hackett Group, and also coined the term “guided buying” in his role as the industry’s first procurement technology market analyst at AMR Research (now part of Gartner Group).

Andy’s function supports the delivery of £32 billion in sales with £12.1 billion online, across the Sainsbury’s Group – Sainsbury, Sainsbury Bank, Argos, Nectar Card, Habitat & Tu clothing. He is accountable for defining, delivering and implementing the strategy and outcomes across Supplier Transformation, Management and Consolidation for software and hardware management disciplines. Over his 20 year’s of experience, Andy has worked in Senior positions across Dixons Carphone, Walgreens Boots Alliance and the Print3Group and managed over 2000 suppliers, Annual Opex spend of £1billion+ and Annual Capex spend of £200m+.
